At the April 19-20 meeting, members of the Board of Nurse Examiners issued a commendation to the Austin Community College Associate Degree Nursing Program based on its 2006 NCLEX-RN examination pass rate – 96.88 percent — and staff review of the 2006 Annual Report.

The board also continued the program’s full approval status.
