On Sunday, September 16, from noon to 5 p.m., the American Heart Association Hispanic Outreach Task Force is holding its 14th annual Hispanic Health Festival at the Travis County Exposition Center, 7311 Decker Lane.

Faculty and students from Austin Community College will participate in this event. The Physical Therapist Assistant Program will conduct blood pressure screenings and body mass indexing; the Medical Laboratory Technology and Phlebotomy programs will provide anemia screenings; and the Pharmacy Technician Program will provide blood pressure and glucose screenings.
