The Austin Community College District conducted public hearings on a proposal to increase the total tax revenues of the Austin Community College District from properties on the tax roll in the preceding year by 9.6 percent on August 23, 2007, and September 4, 2007. The Board of Trustees will vote on the tax rate resulting in the tax increase at a public meeting at 11:45 a.m. September 10 at the Highland Business Center, 5930 Middle Fiskville Road, Austin, Texas.
