The 12th annual SEMI Austin Golf Classic, benefiting the SEMI Frank Squires Scholarship Program at Austin Community College, will begin with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start Wednesday, April 16, at Avery Ranch Golf Club, 10500 Avery Club Drive in Austin.

Cost for SEMI members is $750 per team of four. Non-member cost is $1,000. Corporate sponsorships are also available. The entry fee includes golf with cart, lunch, pre-tournament driving range use, closest to the pin and longest drive prizes, an awards banquet, and trophies to the top teams for low gross and low net. All proceeds support the Frank Squires Scholarship Program at ACC, which has given nearly $190,000 to promising ACC students since 1999. The late Squires served as chief administrative officer and senior vice president of SEMATECH and pioneered innovative programs at ACC.
