The Culinary Arts Department has postponed its restaurant reopening for one week due to flooding.

The American Cuisine Restaurant will reopen April 1 and serve lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Wednesday through May 6 in Building 3000.

Students serve as chefs, waitstaff, and maitres d’ under the watchful eye of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management program faculty. The public, along with students and ACC employees, are invited to dine at Le’Bistrette.
