NEW GOOGLE EMAIL, CALENDAR AND COLLABORATION SYSTEM

IT has begun the wide-scale conversion of the Austin Community College District to the new email, calendaring, and collaboration system.
Starting on January 7th, 2011 we will offer live demonstrations at each campus on how to create your account; how to log in; and how to use email, calendaring, documents, and chat. We will also discuss strategies to make your transition as smooth as possible. One and a half hours of Professional Development credit will be available for attendees. Go to this link to register for the workshops at a campus near you.
If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled sessions, a recorded version will soon be available online. Additional workshops may be added based on demand.
