The Austin Community College District will offer courses at the new ACC Elgin Center this spring. Residents can enroll now or during a Registration Roundup 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, at the Elgin Center, 902 W. Second St.
College representatives will be available to provide one-stop assistance with admissions, advising, and registration.
The Elgin Center, located at Elgin Elementary South, has a slate of evening classes starting February 14. ACC will continue to offer classes there each semester until the ACC Elgin Campus opens in fall 2013.
Elgin ISD residents pay the low, in-district tuition rate of $42 per credit hour, or $174 tuition and fees for a typical, 3-credit course.

I was trying to drop and reregister for Hist 1302 @ the Elgin center but couldn’t find it on the add/drop classes from the students page. I found it on your list of classes available for Elgin. Do I have to wait til Feb 1st to register?

Hi Mary, thanks for your question. You don’t need to wait until February 1 to register – students can register during normal registration times.
