ACC students interested in transferring to the University of Texas at Austin are invited to attend the UT Advising Marketplace Friday, Feb. 11 at ACC’s Rio Grande Campus Student Lounge (1212 Rio Grande St.). The event runs 1 to 3 p.m.

Representatives from the UT admissions, financial aid, and academic departments will be available to meet one-on-one with students. Presentations providing current information on UT admissions requirements and deadlines will also be given in nearby classrooms.

“The Advising Marketplace is a unique opportunity to talk with UT advisors,” said Dr. MaryJane McReynolds, ACC’s director of articulation and transfer resources. “The advisors come to you, and you’ll have an opportunity to get all your questions answered.”
