FY12 Position Analysis Review (PAR) Process Informational Campus Meetings

The FY12 Position Analysis Review (PAR) Process for Classified and Professional-Technical Staff opens online Monday, March 21.
As you may know, the PAR Process is the annual reclassification of positions with incumbents whose job responsibilities have changed significantly.  This year, there are several new changes to the PAR Process.  Changes include:

  • Employees or supervisors may submit PARs
  • No PAR can be stopped in the process
  • There is an employee appeal process if a PAR is denied
  • Workshops will be held for employees who wish to appeal

You are encouraged to attend one of the following campus meetings where HR Compensation staff will be presenting information about the FY12 PAR Process:

Thursday, March 10

Eastview Campus – 3 pm–4 pm (Room 8111)

Friday, March 11

Pinnacle Campus – 10 am–11 am (Room 1013-1015)

Riverside Campus – 10 am–11 am (Room 8100) – Updated

If you are unable to attend one of these meetings, the presentation will be posted on the HR Compensation website in mid-March.
