Compensation

Market Study Update
HR Compensation has begun gathering the market data from various survey sources.  And we are establishing job matches with the new Mercer survey source. The process is on track with the timeline.  When the data collection is complete, it will be shared with the PLT and the employee associations.

The Position Analysis Review (PAR) process opened on Monday March 21st.
Non-faculty employees or supervisors may submit a request to review a position that has significantly changed.  The PAR submission form is located on a link on the HR Compensation web page:  http://www.austincc.edu/hr/compensation/ . The PAR Power Point presentation, timeline, detailed explanation, overview, and FAQs are also available on the website.   Reminder: job scope and responsibility must have changed form the current job duties by 50% or more to qualify for review. The deadline for PAR submissions is April 1st at close of business.
