Fall Registration Open to All Students

Austin Community College District fall registration is now open to all students. The fall term begins Monday, August 22.

“ACC has a wide spectrum of educational programs and support services to help you meet your goals – whether you want to earn a degree or certificate, earn transferable college credit, enhance your resume, or learn a new skill to grow personally,” says Dorado Kinney, dean of student services at Eastview Campus.

Students can view the fall schedule on the ACC website and then register online or by phone. ACC has a registration helpline to provide additional assistance; students can call (512) 223.4636.

The college has more than 235 associate degrees and certificates, many in high-demand workforce areas. There are several new offerings this fall, including:

  • Automotive Technology: certificate in alternative fuels specialist
  • Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design: Associate of Applied Science degree with civil CAD specialization
  • Architectural and Engineering Computer Aided Design: certificate with CAD management specialization
  • Photographic Technology: Associate of Applied Science degree with editorial photography specialization
  • Photographic Technology: Associate of Applied Science degree with photographic artist specialization
  • Photographic Technology: Associate of Applied Science degree with visual mixed media specialization

Fall in-district tuition is $52 per credit hour, making ACC the most affordable institution of higher education in the area. The college offers payment plans that allow students to spread the cost of tuition and fees over the term; click here for tuition payment deadlines.

ACC has an open-door admissions policy, meaning everyone who meets the eligibility criteria is encouraged to enroll. Current and former students began registering in May, so new students should apply and select their classes as soon as possible.
