Amended Process for General Assembly Parking Reimbursement

As noted at General Assembly, some participants were charged for parking. Because all parking for attendees is paid for by ACC, we want to make sure that you are reimbursed for your parking expense. This procedure has been updated to streamline reimbursement.

If you attended General Assembly on Friday, August 19th, and had to pay a fee for parking, the process for reimbursement is below:

1. Print and complete the General Assembly parking reimbursement.

2. Submit the Petty Cash Reimbursement and your receipt to the Cashier’s office.
