All ACC faculty and staff are invited to attend Spring Development Day on Friday, January 13.
The event will begin with a continental breakfast at 8 a.m. at Highland Business Center Room 201. Workshops will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at HBC.
ACC President Dr. Richard Rhodes is scheduled to present “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Higher Education Trends and Their Effect on Community Colleges.“ Other scheduled workshops include “Student Success Mentor Training,” and a panel discussion on distance learning and hybrid technology.
All full-time and adjunct faculty and staff are invited to attend. Attendees are encouraged to register for workshops online to secure a spot, (some sessions fill up), and to receive professional development credit. Parking is available at HBC; overflow parking is at Highland Mall.
