With sadness we share news of the death of our friend and colleague, Gary Crane, adjunct professor of astronomy. Crane was committed to the teaching profession and an important member of the ACC community. He was active in his department and was instrumental in outfitting and operating the observation deck at the Round Rock Campus. He was always a positive person and eager to contribute.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, January 12, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks funeral home in Austin. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, January 13, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Chapel. Details are at www.cookwaldenforestoaks.com.
