Austin Community College registration is now open to people who wish to take classes in the spring. The semester starts Jan. 14.
The college offers more than 235 associate degrees and certificates; students can explore high-demand career paths on the ACC website. ACC has expanded career training in popular areas such as visual communication, culinary arts, architectural and engineering computer aided design, biotechnology, real estate, automotive technology, and more. | ACC is profiling a variety of career training paths – check out faculty Q&As on the Game Development Institute, culinary arts, geographic information systems, and hospitality management.
“ACC offers the best career training in Central Texas for jobs that are in demand and growing,” says Mike Midgley, vice president of instruction. “We work closely with business and industry to provide students the hands-on experience and skills they need to get hired and succeed in their careers.”
In-district tuition is $62 per credit hour, making ACC the most affordable college education in the area. The college offers payment plans that allow students to pay tuition in installments.
Students can view the spring schedule on the ACC website and register online. The Student Recruitment Office (223.7701) provides guidance for starting at ACC.
ACC has an open-door admissions policy, meaning everyone who meets eligibility criteria is encouraged to enroll. Visit austincc.edu/apply to get started and view a map that guides new students through the registration process.

Hi Jennifer,
Unfortunately we are not offering these courses at the Pinnacle campus in the Spring semester. As an alternative, you might want to check the Online and/or Hybrid options.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at 512.223.5870

It would be great to have cooking classes after 6pm for those of us who have to work 8-5; or at the very least, weekend classes.
