ACC Culinary Arts students invite you to travel with them around the world as they serve international cuisine at the fine dining restaurant Bistro 3158, open Tuesday and Thursday evenings Nov. 15 – Dec. 6 at Eastview Campus (3401 Webberville Rd., Room 3158). The restaurant will not be open on Thanksgiving Day.

For $28, patrons can enjoy a five-course meal inspired by different regions of the world. To view the menu and make a reservation, visit the Bistro’s webpage.

“Our students value having the opportunity to work in a real restaurant environment,” says Chef Sandi Pepper, chair of the Culinary Arts department. “Not only is it great technical training, but it’s also an enjoyable experience for both the students and staff.”

Bistro 3158 is open to the public. Gratuities are not accepted, but patrons are encouraged to fill out comment cards to assist students in the learning process.
