ACC’s Le French Club invites students, employees, and the community to Une Chorale de Noí«l, its annual holiday celebration. The free event will take place Sunday, Dec. 9, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Northridge Campus (11928 Stonehollow Dr., Building 4000, Room 4136).
Attendees will have to opportunity to sing French Christmas carols, experience French traditions, enjoy live music, and take photos with Pí¨re Noí«l (better known as Santa Claus). Refreshments – including the French bí»che de Noí«l (Yule log, a traditional dessert) – will be served.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity to experience a different culture’s holiday traditions and to share in the fun of singing Christmas carols in another language,” says Véronique Mazet, professor of French.
