ACC Learning Labs will host their annual tutor training conference Friday, Feb. 15, at the Eastview Campus.

“Success by Design: the Conversation Continues” features presentations by several ACC faculty members who will provide training in specific course content, information about highlighted student populations, and insight into collegewide student success initiatives.

Dr. Richard Armenta, associate vice president of student success, will moderate the event. Dr. Kathleen Christensen, vice president of student services, will be on hand to greet conference attendees, and Arts and Humanities Dean Lyman Grant will present opening remarks.

The conference will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to all Learning Lab tutors and staff. Please note that ACC Learning Labs will be closed Feb. 15. Regular hours resume Saturday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. at the weekend college campuses.
