The college expresses condolences to the family of Doug Jaques, adjunct professor of art, who passed away April 3.
Jaques was an award-winning artist who twice was named to the Austin Chronicle’s Best of Austin list (mural category). He joined ACC in 1990 and taught at the Northridge Campus. His dedication to his students will be greatly missed.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 209 W. 27 Street, Austin.
