Need ACC Promotional Items? Order by July 8 for FY 13

There’s still time to purchase ACC promotional items before the current budget year ends. The deadline for orders is Monday, July 8.

You have four ways to buy items:

  • General Stores: A variety of items are in stock and ready for delivery.
  • ACC Bookstore: Order official ACC merchandise such as Riverbats hoodies, “i am acc” T-shirts, gifts, and more.
  • Beehive Specialty or Spotfrog: Find pre-approved ACC items available for ordering online. These vendors have art and trademark approvals for the items offered; an art request is not necessary. An ACC purchase order is required. Obtain a quote from the vendor and submit a Purchase Requisition number through Datatel.
  • Custom Orders: To order items with a department-specific design, obtain a quote and submit a Purchase Requisition. Complete the Merchandise Artwork Request form by July 8 to meet production deadlines. Merchandise must be received by Aug. 30. To reorder a previously approved item, submit both a Purchase Requisition AND a new Merchandise Artwork Request for faster processing.

Merchandise orders that are not pre-approved require advance written approval from ACC’s Public Information and College Marketing Department and are subject to other requirements.
