HR Connection: PEP, Supervisor Certificate, retirees, and more

PEP poster - 2STAFFThe following is provided by the HR Department

2015 Performance Excellence Program system available May 11

The Performance Excellence Program (PEP) process applies to all classified, professional-technical, and administrator employees. These employee evaluations provide an excellent opportunity for supervisors and staff to discuss employee productivity and efficiency as it pertains to their professional competencies.

Supervisors are encouraged to use a forward-thinking approach to identify continued successes as well as incremental improvements that, in the end, will lead to the betterment of all ACC employees. High employee performance is crucial to the college and the community. Supervisors have until July 31 to complete all evaluations.

If you are a faculty member with classified or professional-technical staff reporting to you, you must complete a review for those employees.

For information and instructions for staff, visit the Staff Evaluations webpage.

For information and instructions for supervisors, visit the Supervisors Staff Evaluation webpage.

A few reminders about the online PEP form:

  • Make sure all your certifications (ADA & SHP) are up-to-date as your supervisor cannot submit evaluations if you are out of compliance.
  • All supervisors must complete their direct report evaluations before they can complete their own evaluation.
  • Save your work every 20 minutes or the system will terminate your session.

For questions, contact Cameron Keel, staff evaluation coordinator, at [email protected] or 512-223-7984.
