The Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education (TABPHE) at Austin Community College will host the Fall Faculty Institute: “Creating Platforms for Persistence Beyond the Classroom” from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 30, at the Highland Business Center, Room 214 (5930 Middle Fiskville Rd.)

Faculty will share methods used to enhance students’ ability to persist outside the classroom, in their communities, and their campus environments.

The event is free and open to the public.
