Austin Community College is hosting a health sciences open house Saturday, January 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eastview Campus, Building 8000, Room 8500, (3401 Webberville Rd.).

Participants are invited to tour facilities, view demonstrations, and meet with faculty and staff to learn more about the department and degree programs.

“Healthcare workers are in high demand in Central Texas. This event will be an excellent opportunity to check out what career path speaks to you,” says Pat Recek, ACC Health Sciences dean. “There are options for those seeking anything from a quick-career credential to an associate degree.”

ACC’s Health Sciences programs are available in dental hygiene, radiology, sonography, surgical technology, nursing, and more.
