Faculty/staff training for new online registration system offered through April

Austin Community College faculty and staff can learn about the new online tool students will use to plan schedules and register for classes in March and April training sessions.

ACC will begin transitioning from WebAdvisor to Ellucian Colleague’s Self-Service tools on Monday, March 21. Students will use the Self-Service Student Planning application to create course schedules, register for classes, view grades, track degree progress, and receive notifications. They will use the Financial Aid module to apply for, accept, and manage financial aid.

Students will use Student Planning to schedule and register for classes.

Both WebAdvisor and Student Planning will be available for summer registration, with a complete transition to Student Planning planned in advance of fall registration.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to learn to use the Student Planning tool so that they can assist students with registration. The hands-on training session also includes instruction for the new version of Degree Map.
