Austin Community College’s Children’s Lab School at Eastview Campus currently has openings for evening child care for children of ACC students taking classes this fall.
The program is offered for children 2 to 10 years old whose parents are enrolled in evening credit courses at any ACC campus. Hours are Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. while classes are in session. Children in the program must attend regularly during the semester they are enrolled.
Tuition is based on income level and charged once a semester. Parents may apply for the CCAMPIS (Child Care Access Means Parents in School) grant program to receive reduced tuition and access to other support services during evening care hours.
Admission to the program is first-come, first-served. Spaces fill quickly and early registration is encouraged. Students taking courses totaling six or more credits who are Pell or CCAMPIS grant recipients have priority consideration.
The Children’s Lab School is located in Building 5000 of the Eastview Campus, 3401 Webberville Rd.
