Update contact information to receive tax forms

  • For ERS, go to the ERS website, click Access My Account at the top of the page and login or register if you are a new user. Find the appropriate link under My Personal Information.

TexFlex balances and claims

TexFlex

If you contributed to a healthcare flexible spending account (FSA) last plan year and did not use all of your funds, you can carry over a maximum of $500 from one plan year to the next. Login to your TexFlex FSA to view your carryover balance. If your balance exceeds $500, you have until December 31 to file claims for expenses that occurred before August 31. Unclaimed amounts over $500 will be forfeited unless claimed by December 31.

The $500 carryover does not apply to TexFlex dependent care funds. Instead, funds may be used for eligible expenses that occur during a grace period between September 1 and November 15. The last day to submit claims is December 31 and any funds left in your account after that date will be forfeited.

For more information, see the FAQs on the TexFlex website.

Service anniversaries

The college recently hosted luncheons to recognize the dozens of employees who have marked service anniversaries with the college. See the list of employees receiving recognition.
