Austin Community College faculty, staff, and students are invited to share ideas for promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive college community at a series of campus conversations that begin Monday, April 3, and continue throughout the month.
The college’s Office of Equity and Inclusion is hosting the Campus Community Engagement Conversations to hear perspectives on diversity and inclusion and discuss ideas for promoting community engagement.
“At the Regional Equity Summit in February we heard a lot of insightful viewpoints from students and the community,” says Loretta Edelen, director of community engagement. “We want to continue these conversations to identify campus pride points and explore opportunities for growth.”
Advance registration is requested, but not required. Email Phyllis Clark at [email protected] to RSVP.
