ACC’s intramural basketball all-stars host Australia’s Doncaster College Wednesday, December 6, at the Gus Garcia Recreation Center (1201 E. Rundberg Lane).

The seventh annual exhibition basketball games are free and open to the public. The women’s game begins at 7:30 p.m. The men’s game begins at 8:30 p.m.

“Our students take great pride in representing ACC and Central Texas,” says Tracy Partin, ACC intramural sports & recreation coordinator. “To be selected for this annual international competition is a true honor.”

Sponsored by ACC Student Life, the college’s intramural sports take place in fall and spring, with registration opening the first week of each semester.

More than 1,000 students are involved in the intramurals league each year. Sports include basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, coed softball, and flag football.
