Streamlined application for Student Emergency Fund

ACC launches an improved and seamless way for students to access financial assistance for unforeseen circumstances — the Student Emergency Fund.

The Support Center, Financial Aid team, and ACC Foundation have taken your feedback and worked closely together to create a SINGLE, streamlined application for assistance. This simple request form is a fillable PDF and can easily be completed by students online — no office visit required.

The Student Emergency Fund is a proven persistence tool and can assist with unanticipated costs such as:

    • Emergency medical/dental costs
    • Housing and living expenses
    • Car repairs or transportation issues
    • Childcare
    • Family emergencies
    • Loss of income
    • Natural disasters (time sensitive — see below!)

With the abundance of student, staff, and faculty guidance, the emergency assistance program is seeing many improvements. Help us keep students on their pathway to success by getting the word out. For more information, students may visit austincc.edu/sef, call 512-223-7551, or email [email protected].
