If you experience COVID-19-related symptoms or if you were exposed to someone who tested positive within the past 5 days (prior to testing positive and/or after testing positive), you must inform your professor(s) or supervisor, submit the college’s COVID-19 self-report form, and use the CDC Quarantine and Isolation Calculator to determine your return to campus/work date. The CDC definition of direct exposure or close contact is someone within 6 feet or closer to an infectious person for 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.
