Austin Community College District (ACC) will close for spring break Monday, March 13, through Sunday, March 19. The college will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, March 20. ACC encourages everyone to take the week to prepare for the next steps.
Short Semester
There is still time to get started this spring. Registration remains open for 8-week classes. This spring, the college offers more than 100 short semester options to provide students — and others who had not yet registered for a spring class — more time to sign up for the classes they need. Students may apply and register for classes at austincc.edu/spring. New classes begin Monday, March 20.
Summer Semester
Now is the time to start preparing for summer classes at ACC. Apply now to be ready when registration opens to everyone Monday, April 17. The summer semester begins Tuesday, May 30, with 5-, 9-, and 10-week class options. For more information, visit austincc.edu/summer.
Fast Track Programs
New courses begin right after spring break for fast-track programs in the highest-demand sectors in the region, including healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and education. Offered by ACC’s Continuing Education division, dozens of programs are currently offered at a 50 percent tuition discount. For more information about all fast-track options at the college, visit austincc.edu/fasttrack.
