The winning design in ACC’s 11th annual Earth Week Eco Bag contest was created by Sora Tran, an Early College High School student from the Round Rock Campus. ACC faculty, staff, and students can now order the 2023 Eco Bag with the design.
More than 1,200 Riverbats districtwide voted in this year’s contest, and Sora’s design was selected out of 34 submitted designs.
This year’s theme was “The Urgency of Now.” Sora’s design will be featured on the 2023 Eco Bag, which will be available for purchase for one year. The design also will be featured online and at each campus in the sustainability display boxes.
The second place winner in the Eco Bag contest was Esmeralda MacEdo de Paz, a student studying at the Riverside Campus.
