Austin Community College District (ACC) ASCENDER partners with American Gateways to present Know Your Rights 2023, a webinar to help undocumented students and their families understand their rights as an immigrant. 

Participants also will review safety planning in case they are stopped or detained by the police or an immigration officer. A representative from American Gateways, a nonprofit organization that serves the Central Texas immigrant community with a broad range of immigration legal services, will conduct the presentation.
