Mark your calendar and get ready to support student scholarships at Austin Community College District (ACC) during the annual day of giving on Tuesday, November 28. 

This year, the ACC Foundation hopes to raise $15,000 for student scholarships during #GivingTuesday.

“Our Riverbat students are worthy of your investment! So, this Giving Tuesday, remember it’s not about how much you can give. Huge possibilities can grow from small beginnings, so give what you can,” says Amy Bawcom, ACC Foundation director.

Here’s what you can do to participate and share the word:

• Mark Your Calendar! Don’t forget the day to give. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 28. This is the official day of Giving Tuesday.
• Give! On #GivingTuesday you can make a monetary contribution directly to student scholarships. Visit the ACC Foundation webpage and click the Give Now button.
• Spread the Word! You can help others learn more about Giving Tuesday and opportunities to support student scholarships by following us on social media and sharing our posts. You can find us on Facebook, X, and Instagram. 

#GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a day that encourages people to do good. It is now an independent nonprofit and a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
