Explore ACC’s short-term training at Community Resources and Information Fair

The unemployment rate for Texans with a high school diploma or less remains significantly higher than for individuals with postsecondary education. Take the next step in your career and explore short-term career training programs at Austin Community College District’s (ACC) New Year! New You! Trade Up Community Resources and Information Fair. 

DATE: Wednesday, January 17

TIME: 3 to 7 p.m.

LOCATION: ACC Northridge Campus, 11928 Stonehollow Dr.

Hosted through ACC’s Continuing Education Division, guests can watch and participate in interactive and hands-on demos, speak with faculty and advisors, learn about student support offerings, tour the campus, learn how to get started, and more. 

ACC offers dozens of fast-track training programs and certifications, in fields like healthcare, skilled trades, business, computer science, education, science, engineering, and math, and public and social services. Most fast-track training programs at ACC also are available for a 50-percent tuition discount right now.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration is recommended but not required.
