Learn more about her story and plans to transfer to Texas Tech.

Tell me about your time at the program

I have loved my time at both ECHS and ACC as I like the workload, resources, and numerous events put on by PTSA or Student Life. The teachers and professors here care about you and it is hard to not find a place for you.

Why was ECHS the right choice for you?

ECHS was the right choice for me as it is very focused on the students, provides many opportunities to excel, and has a tight-knit community!

How does it feel to be graduating?

It is bittersweet to graduate as I love my schools but I know I must grow from here. I can’t wait for the next part of my journey but I will miss my communities.

What was your favorite part of ECHS?

The community, culture, and traditions.

What is next for you?

I will be attending Texas Tech University in the fall, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. My identical twin is also here at ECHS and is along the same journey as me, but she is going to UT Austin for fashion designing!

What would you tell someone considering applying for college?

Plan in advance and insert yourself into your application. When deciding what college you want to go to, find a college that fits you and not one that others say you should go to!
