Austin Community College District (ACC) has been recognized as one of America’s Dream Employers 2025. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. 

“Our faculty and staff are the heart of ACC, and we’re incredibly proud to be recognized for our commitment to their success and well-being,” says ACC Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart. “This recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to build a supportive and positive work environment, enabling us to better serve our students and advance our mission of helping them succeed.”

America’s Dream Employers 2025 was selected based on an independent survey of college students and employees working over the last three years for companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. Over 266,000 data points were gathered. The final score is based on how frequently ACC was named a “dream employer”.

ACC has implemented numerous initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, including flexible work offerings, professional development opportunities, and wellness programs. The College also offers support resources to improve employees’ well-being, including extended maternity leave, an Employee Assistance Program, and free counseling through Deer Oaks.
