Austin Community College District (ACC) is gearing up for the Summer 2025 semester. With registration right around the corner, now is the time to make your plan for classes. The summer semester begins Monday, June 2, with 5-, 9-, and 10-week class options. 

Summer registration begins for current and former students on Monday, March 31, and opens to everyone on Friday, April 4. New students should APPLY first and then REGISTER for classes.

Students are encouraged to register early because high-demand classes are filling up fast. ACC staff are ready to work with students 1-on-1. 

As you get ready, now is the time to make sure you are ready to go when registration opens. 

• Complete TSI Testing: ACC offers free Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment testing–– which determines college readiness in reading, writing, and math, guiding appropriate course placement. 
• Check for Holds: Log in to your MyACC account to check if there are any holds that may prevent registration.
• Update Residency Information: If you’ve been away for a year or more, submit a new residency form to maintain your in-district tuition status.
• Review Personal Information: Ensure all your contact and personal details are current in the ACC system.

ACC’s summer schedule includes a variety of options to fit all schedules. Students get free access to the college’s full suite of student support services and student life activities throughout the semester.
