
Do you know someone interested in teaching at Austin Community College District (ACC)? The College is hosting an Adjunct Faculty Career Fair this spring to recruit professionals interested in teaching part-time for the summer and fall 2026 semesters.
The event will provide prospective adjunct faculty the opportunity to explore career options, connect with hiring departments, and learn how they can contribute to student success. With strong enrollment, ACC is looking to build its applicant pool of subject matter experts who have the heart to support our students.

This event is perfect for:
- Current qualified ACC Professional-Technical employees looking to teach.
- Current faculty at other universities interested in teaching an additional course.
- Qualified community members and industry professionals interested in teaching.
Even those with limited formal teaching experience are encouraged to attend, as ACC provides the tools and support needed to succeed in the classroom.
What to expect
Representatives from various departments will be on-site and ready to conduct in-person screenings to fill open positions. Attendees can also get help with their applications, have their resumes reviewed, and explore job opportunities.
Attendees should plan to spend between 30 minutes to two hours at the fair and bring:
- Resume or CV
- Unofficial transcripts
- Positive energy and a willingness to explore teaching opportunities
