ACC’s Annual ACCess For All Resource Fair Returns April 29

College is more than classes and deadlines—it’s about finding community, support, and the resources that help you thrive.

On Wednesday, April 29, Austin Community College District (ACC) invites you to its annual Disability Resource Fair. This event connects you with ACC teams and community organizations that support your academic success, well-being, and career goals.

ACCess For All: Disability Resource Fair

Date: Wednesday, April 29
Time: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: ACC Highland Campus (Building 1000, West Entrance, 1st Floor)
Parking and navigating to the event: We recommend parking at the Building 1000 West Entrance

The resource fair is open to all students interested in accessibility for all.

Why You Should Go

This isn’t your typical resource fair. It’s a chance to:

  • Unlock Your Potential: Discover the specific services designed to make your college journey smoother and more successful.
  • Stress Less, Focus More: Connect with Basic Needs programs that help with food and bills so you can focus on your grades, not your budget.
  • Meet Your Team: Skip the emails and talk face-to-face with the experts who are here to help you win.
  • Customized Support: From classroom accommodations and mental health to career coaching—get the tools you need in one stop.
  • Community Connections: Build relationships with organizations that extend beyond campus

Who You’ll Meet

Expect a wide range of support services and organizations, including:

  • ACC Student Accessibility Services & STEPS Program
  • ACC Library Services and Career Life Design Services
  • ACC Mental Health Counseling and Basic Needs
  • ACC Veteran’s Resource Center and Military Families Center
  • ACC Office of Equal Opportunity Compliance
  • Community partners like the Coalition of Texans with Disabilities, SAFE Alliance Disability Services, CapMetro, Disability Rights Texas, Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas, and more

Whether you’re navigating a disability, supporting someone who is, or just want to better understand the resources around you—this is your invitation. We encourage you to stop by to ask questions, get answers, and walk away with tools you didn’t even know you needed.

Registration is not required, but it is encouraged. Sign up in advance or request accommodations at https://forms.gle/FJF39VzL1mJsae6cA
