The Austin Community College District (ACC) Foundation brought together community partners, supporters, and local leaders for its annual Foundation Open Golf Tournament. This year, more than $100,000 was raised to support student scholarships.
Held April 20 at Plum Creek Golf Course in Kyle, the event surpassed last year’s total of $88,000.
A total of 28 teams participated in the tournament, with support from presenting sponsors including SpawGlass, ACC, and University Federal Credit Union.
Proceeds from the event will fund the ACC Foundation Open Scholarship, helping students cover the cost of tuition, books, and other expenses as they work toward their educational and career goals.
The ACC Foundation supports thousands of students each year by removing financial barriers and expanding access to higher education.
