Registration is now open for the Fall 2026 semester at Austin Community College District (ACC). New and returning students can enroll early to secure the classes they need.
With enrollment continuing to grow, many courses—especially high-demand and online options—fill quickly. Registering early gives students the best chance to build a schedule that fits their needs.
Affordable, Flexible Pathways
ACC continues to offer one of the most affordable tuition rates in Texas, with in-district students paying $85 per credit hour. The ACC Board of Trustees voted to maintain tuition and general fees for the 13th consecutive year.
Students can choose from in-person, online, hybrid, and hy-flex classes, along with shorter-term options that allow them to complete courses in as little as 8, 12, or 14 weeks.
Free Tuition and Financial Support
Eligible high school graduates and GED® completers from the Class of 2024 through 2028 may qualify for ACC’s Free Tuition Pilot Program, which covers tuition and general fees. For more information, visit austincc.edu/freetuition.
In addition, ACC makes paying for college affordable with scholarships, financial aid, and payment plans to help make college more accessible.
Support to Get Started
Students have access to one-on-one support, including academic advising, financial aid assistance, and help with essential resources. Services are available in person and online to guide students through every step of the process.
The fall 2026 semester begins Monday, August 24.
