They perform &#8220;Literary Follies&#8221; at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 24-25, in the Rio Grande Campus Gallery Theater.<\/p>\n<p>French Adjunct Professor V\u00e9ronique Mazet wrote and directed &#8220;Literary Follies,&#8221; based on the tales of &#8220;Little Red Riding Hood&#8221; and Moliere&#8217;s &#8220;Don Juan.&#8221; The cast includes current and former ACC students, French Club members, and other French speakers and enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>Performers speak in both French and English language, but music plays an important role in making the play accessible to an English audience, says Mazet. &#8220;Especially in a bilingual play, music kind of unites. You don&#8217;t need to speak the language,&#8221; she says.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is free and open to the public.
