ACC has participated in the program for 12 years. The host family will receive a modest monthly stipend.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A host family will have the opportunity to develop a close relationship with a person from another country, learn about that country, and help the participant learn about life in the U.S.,&#8221; says William Hayden, coordinator of International Programs.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about being a host family, contact Hayden at 223.7689 or <a href=\"mailto:william.hayden@austincc.edu\">william.hayden@austincc.edu<\/a>.
