This was due to a corrupted file used in processing user accounts. Those employees affected will see a message that their email password was changed. To be clear, this was not the result of any kind of malicious attack.<\/p>\n<p>If you are one of the employees affected:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/acceid.austincc.edu\/AccMAIL\/accmail.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACCmail login assistance webpage.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Input your ACCeID and password.<\/li>\n<li>Select your account in the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>Submit<\/li>\n<li>Follow the instructions to reset your password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No email messages have been lost and once employees have reset their accounts access should be fully restored.
