"Speed of Shadows" by Sally Weber<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ACC’s Art Department will exhibit the work of Austin artist Sally Weber from Oct. 16 to Nov. 8 at the Rio Grande Campus Gallery (1218 West Ave.). A reception for the exhibit will be held Thursday, Oct. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gallery.<\/p>\n

In the exhibit “Unseen Things,” Weber presents artwork that uses sculpted light to seemingly pull forms into the air and off the surface of the page, revealing hidden worlds within the art. Weber’s use of light can be seen throughout the exhibit in both her holography work and in her series of large-scale photographs.<\/p>\n

Weber will give a talk about her work Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 3 p.m. in the lobby outside the gallery.<\/p>\n
