Eighteen ACC employees will receive funds through the college’s Tuition Reimbursement Program to pay for advanced or graduate-level coursework they took this fall.<\/p>\n
In response to employee feedback, HR this semester used a lottery system to determine reimbursement recipients from the 47 applicants. Click on this link to view a recording of the tuition reimbursement lottery<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Employees wanted a fairer way to make the tuition reimbursement awards,” says Gerry Tucker, vice president of human resources. “The lottery allows everyone to be included and have an equal chance at being selected.
