{"id":33664,"date":"2015-03-30T13:47:18","date_gmt":"2015-03-30T13:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/?p=33664"},"modified":"2015-03-30T13:49:45","modified_gmt":"2015-03-30T13:49:45","slug":"learn-how-to-manage-a-student-loan-after-acc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/2015\/03\/30\/learn-how-to-manage-a-student-loan-after-acc\/","title":{"rendered":"Learn how to manage a student loan after ACC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Austin Community College\u2019s Financial Aid Office invites upcoming graduates to attend a loan counseling workshop scheduled through April at several campuses.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop, \u201cTake Control of Your Student Loans,\u201d meets the federal requirement that all student loan borrowers must complete loan counseling exit sessions when they withdraw, graduate, or drop below half-time enrollment.<\/p>\n<p>Exit loan counseling workshops have been scheduled the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday April 15, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Round Rock Campus, Rm 1208<\/li>\n<li>Thursday April 16, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Highland Campus, Rm 2407<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday April 21, 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m., Riverside Campus, Rm 1123<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday April 22, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Highland Campus, Rm 2407<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendees will receive information on repaying loans, payment options, deferment, and have the opportunity to have loan questions answered.<\/p>\n<p>For information, contact Amanda Figueroa at <a href=\"mailto:amanda.figueroa@austincc.edu\">amanda.figueroa@austincc.edu<\/a> or call 512-223-7873.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Austin Community College\u2019s Financial Aid Office invites upcoming graduates to attend a loan counseling workshop scheduled through April at several campuses.
