Participants are chosen for their demonstrated commitment to the college, potential for professional growth, and long-term goals. Academy participants attend monthly meetings and complete a project related to their area of interest.<\/p>\n<h3>Leadership Academy application timeline<\/h3>\n<p>The Leadership Academy selection committee will review the applications and forward their recommendations to the president\/CEO in June.
