A few items are summarized below. View a video of the proceedings on the <a href=\"http:\/\/irt.austincc.edu\/board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Board Meetings Audio &amp; Video Recordings<\/a> webpage.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BGK Architects selected for Highland Phase II renovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Trustees selected <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bgkarchitects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barnes Gromatzky Kosarek<\/a> (BGK) Architects as the architect\/engineering team for phase II of the Highland Campus project. One of three finalists considered, BGK Architects also oversaw phase I of the Highland Campus project.<\/p>\n<p>The board next will review candidates for construction manager at-risk and is expected to award the project in August.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ACC Highland street names<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Trustees approved street names for the ACC Highland development. The names will not be official until accepted by the City of Austin. View <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/acc-highland-street-names-pay-tribute-to-colleges-past\/\">ACC Highland street names pay tribute to college\u2019s past<\/a> to learn about the selected names.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firms present proposals to design Leander Campus<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Four architectural\/engineering firm finalists to design the Leander Campus \u2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bgkarchitects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barnes Gromatzky Kosarek Architects<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/studio8architects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Studio 8<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pflugerarchitects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pflluger Associates<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stantec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stantec<\/a> \u2014 presented proposals on their qualifications.
